So insightful
Delighted that ‘Wellness’ has extended to how we use technology in a family environment. Liz’s discussion with Andy Crouch came at a time when tensions in our household were running high about use of devices. Their insights are very useful, entirely feasible to implement and importantly made me feel that all of us can use devices and still live in harmony! The entire series so far has been great. The breadth of topics that Liz has covered and the guest speakers are clearly thoughtfully chosen and well delivered. Now it’s time to put down my device. Out of sight and look upwards and outwards at the world around me!

Really look forward to all the podcasts! So informative and interesting. The selection of topics is great as are the guests interviewed on the longer podcasts. Can’t wait for the next series to start but hopefully with the Bitesized ones in the meantime I will be able to survive! 😜
