Grateful for Katy!
I am a newly diagnosed 36 yr old woman and this podcast has truly been a lifesaver! Katy is so relatable, kind and soothing. I’ve had so many ah-ha moments while listening, especially when I was feeling lost, misunderstood or just doubting myself (which is often). It’s a shame that so many women needlessly suffer due to misinformation and lack of research. As a result, many of us get better information and support from podcasts and adhd groups than from professional clinicians. Thank you, Katy for your wonderful podcast. You are doing great work and I really appreciate you!!
