Going to Mexico this month was the first true vacation I have had since surviving cancer. It was such a heart-opening experience. It reminded me so much of how to let go and let be. I still feel myself at the beach and although I know the present moment is all we have... there are times when the nostalgia of the ocean's salty breath and the sand between my toes feels more inspiring than the snow-capped mountains and the crisp late autumn air. Anyway, I am not sure who even reads these descriptions but if you are reading this, thank you, and I hope that you discovered Complete Rest through this nidra practice as it brings me a sense of deep rest to have created it.
