I love listening to Dr. Diana. Her knowledge is considerable and her delivery is friendly and very reassuring. Her podcast broadens the public conversation on how the body and brain work and gives practical and concrete tips on how to change behavior and thinking. Highly recommend!

I love listening to Dr. Hill whether she does a solo episode or with guests. Great information about acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and living life during difficult times. I especially like how she summarizes the learning at the end and suggests concrete skills to practice.
