When you have a series of repeatable tasks to do, you can buy yourself back a lot of time. Supposing you need to process something for a group of customers, and each customer has 5 steps involved. One way to shorten the time taken is to batch up the steps that you have to run for each customer. Do step 1 for all the customers first.
