“I didn't listen to just one podcast a week like you are technically supposed to -- I listened to quite a few within a few days. I feel like my whole life has been "Zen and Tech'd" now! I realized that I have been avoiding the task of decluttering and that is causing me stress. While I declutter, I will let go of perfectionism and breathe deeply. I will also be mindful of what I am doing in the moment. Once my bar area is decluttered, I know I will sleep better at night! By the way, I am eating a banana for good nutrition and to give me the energy to declutter, which even may be good exercise depending on how heavy all those stacks of paper are. Thanks, Georgia and Rene, and keep it up!
