to t There are things that we all do and possess that hold us back. These are taking energy from us, they are liabilities. Perhaps they are necessary, perhaps not, however they are not fully serving us until these liabilities are assets.   We can strive to become aware of our liabilities and attempt to change certain characteristics to change the liability to an asset. How we project onto others is an interesting phenomena. It is part of our human condition and experience. It has alot to do with not taking responsibility for your own stuff so we project onto others our worries, fears, emotions and thoughts as if they should help us bare the burden. In this podcast episode I talk about my journey as of recently and how I am finding a great bit of freedom and how that freedom is allowing me to see things that are holding me back and/or maybe not serving me.   It is not inherent that we ditch our families, partners and loved ones to experience the freedom and aloneness. I learn a lot being in nature. Namely, how raw and ruthless nature is. It is impersonal and real. Mother nature could end you anytime she wanted. I appreciate the sharpening of my edge of awareness, appreciation, and respect for something other than me.  I talk about this in this episode as well as the importance of integrity with our word on our quest to being a better human being, and a better evolved version of ourselves.    I hope you ejoy! The Peak and the Valley. Life is not constant it ebbs and flows as it should. It is easy and quite common to ride the high and try to maintain the peak that we attain, and when the valley comes and we sit inside of it, it is easy to become sad and depressed as a result.  The peak and valley should honored whole heartedly, however achieving a middle way, a Tao about the ups and downs will help balance out the extreme positive that will and does happen, also helping to temper the negative...

You are not alone. We all struggle no matter what profession or place we are in. As a trainer I struggle too and it is just as real as any of my clients and anyone else. I think we share in this battle, which makes any tool or trick relevant for us all.
