A great way to take yoga anywhere!
This yoga podcast is great for busy people! I find that 20 minutes is the perfect amount of time to get a good yoga workout in. There are such a variety of classes as well--I'm never bored and I can pick a class that complements my exercise routine (for example, I can do the Yoga for Cyclists class after a run, or I can do the Core workout to complement my weight training day). In addition, the instructors explain everything really well, and always remind the listener to "keep your shoulders back" and "breathe". I love the yoga download podcasts. They are the perfect length to fit into my crazy schedule. And the instructors do a great job of teaching the sanskrit terms as well as the lay terms. Sometimes, depending on the instructor, the audio echoes a little, but it's not enough to be distracting....Read full review »
