Great if you have no time
I can't say I'm a fan of doing "yoga" in 20 minutes. In my opinion, that's not what yoga is about. However, if you are a more advanced student who already knows the poses, this is a hell of a workout! I found a little too fast for me, but I prefer a longer class, although, I have used short pieces of this podcast (say, a 5 min. section on core strength) and added into my longer practice.Read full review »

At home I use it on the stereo, but I've also taken YogaDownload to hotels, on the beach ... Though they can't jump out of the iPod and see what you are doing right or wrong like my real-life instructor does, they do seem to give the perfect tip just when you need it and they guide you so...Read full review »
