Thank you for a solid recipe. I purchased a well known Whole grain bread book, only to find the Spelt recipe wasn’t…whole spelt! Solid discussion and well written recipes make your site a pleasure.

When in SLO, bakery has awesome breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, savory choices, and nice sticky cinnamon rolls. Accidentally saw their Website featured podcasts. As the other reviewer said, the first nine podcasts demystify the science of baking bread, and explain why I had past bread...Read full review »

I’m hooked! Wonderfully informative and got me excited to be more creative in the bread baking world! Wishing I was closer to the shop to walk in for some yummy treats! Also, I’m an equestrian and a cyclist too...so that was fun to connect on!

I love that we hear the “why” behind the “how.” Great information. I am not a master bread baker, but I made the honey wheat bread from episode 6 and it was DIVINE. I’ve listened to several other episodes and I’m hooked!

I’ve only completely listened to the flour episode but I was pleasantly surprised. I’m a basic home baker so I learned a lot and really appreciated the detailed descriptions and explanations of the different types of flour. I’m very curious to keep listening. Thanks for making a true bread...Read full review »
