“Fantastic podcast! I’ve heard you mention exercise and RA a few times in different episodes - and would love to advocate for a dedicated episode to learn more about your experiences and suggestions. Both the joint mobility issues and also soft tissue impacts on tendons, ligaments etc. Training with RA (esp in menopause) has necessitated a shift to consistency over progression - due to the cyclical nature of RA flares and impact on capacity to lift heavy or train hard. Tendon issues also limit lifting capacity or there is a risk of injury. Post exercise recovery is slower. Would love to hear more in a focused podcast. Thanks for your consideration.”
