Listen now
Description
Anna, 55 years old and Mother and business owner in Perth, WA chats to me all about her incredibly inspiring and life changing transformation over the last 5 months.   After being told by her integrative GP to follow a strict no gluten, no dairy, no sugar diet to improve her blood markers to reduce her inflammation and manage her hashimotis, she was petrified and extremely sad, nervous and disheartened - being of European background where pasta and cheese were heavily enjoyed.   However, she found me and hasn’t looked back.   After only 8 weeks, her bloods had completely returned to normal levels and her doctor was shocked by how quickly this happened from making simple dietary changes. She has enjoyed every meal, found it easy, dropped a dress size, increased her energy dramatically, boosted her confidence immensely and the list goes on.   It is her new lifestyle now and yet another example of someone with a super busy life who has been able to make changes to her eating habits and keep them up to produce literal, life changing results and a whole new level of confidence and happiness   We speak about: What she had tried in the past Her best tips to maintain her new lifestyle How her family join in Her best tips for staying organised and how she plans her weeks The mindset she has adapted to stay motivated and consistent What health means to her now   If Anna can do it - so can you.
