I try and listen to one every day on my walk. I have learnt so much through this program and also through listening to the podcasts. Bec provides so many answers and clear information around nutrition, the body, weight loss, weight gain, and the list goes on. She’s a pocket rocket or information. Each and every podcast is so insightful and educational, it has really helped me to know what to eat, how to take care of my body and also answer questions around gut health. I was able to throw out my book “What am I supposed to eat? “ because Bec has it all covered.
