“I’m a working mum on the run and love listening to bec podcasts when I’m in the car, it’s very easy to stop and start. Find the podcasts engaging and interesting. I learn things without even realising.
Also if you’re doing either the 3 week body reset or tribe - then listening is a must because it compliments the meal plans etc - and you pick up tips and understand more of the why. It also helps me keep me on track.
I’ve been listening to bec for almost a year now and can hand on heart say that she has helped turned my health around with what I eat. Podcast played a huge part in this especially early on.
