“I was introduced to this podcast very recently after hitting menopause, loosing my mojo for the gym, having gut issues and not loosing weight. I listened to the podcast on motivation, which after the 20 minutes of listening whilst walking the dog I came home and jumped on the exercise bike for 10 minutes. I felt so much better doing something small that I felt I could achieve and build up again slowly. I was more productive at work that day, and used some of the tips at work with a staff member who was struggling with their mental health. Overall a great podcast and now looking forward to listening to all the ones I have missed.”
