“Thanks to the 3 week body reset and the “real-ness” of Bec’s approach I have lost 3.5 of my desired 7kg. There’s always some nuggets of gold in the podcasts too - I listen on 1.5x speed to help me power walk 🤣. During 3WBR I had flexibility with many of the recipes, loved repeating those I enjoyed and rarely (if ever) felt hungry.
