“Hi Bec. Your podcast is my go to happy place. A friend mentioned it to me about 6 months ago and I started started from episode 1. I’m up to July 23 now and worried about catching up completely as that means I’ll have to wait from week to week to hear the next episode. I’ll just have to go back and listen to old episodes I guess :) I did the 3 week body reset and joined the tribe. I had a heart health scare a few years ago which made me re-assess my lifestyle. This included ditching alcohol altogether. I am now the healthiest and fittest I’ve been for years. The only thing missing has been the food side of things, always having a mental challenge over what to eat and often feeling deprived and hungry. Nutrition has become my focus too. So your program could not have come at a better time. It has taken away the always feeling hungry thing and the decision fatigue.
