“I randomly came across this podcast as I’d been listening to someone else who had a different approach to dieting. I was interested in that, but it involved tracking which I get, but really don’t enjoy doing. After listening to the podcast I jumped online (on a Friday) to look into the 3 week body reset. Started it on the Monday. I’m now halfway through week 2 and absolutely loving it. I’ve lost 3kg so far and understand it will take more time to get to my goal, but I’m finding the plan so easy to follow and I love the flexibility you allow to still enjoy life! I was always a meal planner anyway so it suits me to a tea. Most importantly I’m just feeling so much better. No bloating and wake up feeling just lighter overall. My drives to work are now really enjoyable with all of the wonderful education on these podcasts. Cant wait to join the tribe. Thank you so much!”
