Best program I have ever seen! Learning new habbits and lifestyle and enjoying every moment
I have started the 3 week body reset and have been absolutely loving the food. Some foods I love so much I need to have it again the next day and just swap out a meal. 😍 But I have been struggling to get back into my usual exercise routine. After hearing this podcast and realising that even if you go for a 10 minute walk and you think to yourself ‘well that didn’t burn many calories’, your actually creating a habit in your brain that this is the norm. And itl help you keep going and be consistent. Which is what getsresults. THIS!! So what I needed to hear. I’m going to go hop on the treadmill now lol! For me it’s usually all in or nothing. But if I can take the approach that it’s sooo much more than calories burned, that it’s forming a lifestyle habit and the consistency of these moments are what will make the difference in the long term physically then I’ll be able to stick with it even on the days I just don’t feel like it. So now I can let myself exercise even without giving it 100%. Because it’s better than doing nothing at all and I’m creating that pathway in my brain that says this is the norm. It’s what we do. And I also really loved what Bec says about having the foods you love and how your body still drops weight because it’s learned it’s ok to eat these things now and then as it’s about living in the 80/20. I have always done the crazy restriction diets and extended fasts so when I do eat something off plan I make sure I eat everything because I don’t know when I’ll get my next hit! Then my body blows up and I’m so inflamed. I go on a hampster wheel I just can’t get off, binge/restrict! Now I feel like I can breath with my eating because I’m not feeling like I’m missing out on anything. My kids had special doughnuts today and I came home and made the vanilla berry pudding (5 mins only) and I did NOT feel like I missed out at all! I felt so happy and so full! It’s the week before my period where I go crazy for sugar. I walked the chocolate isle today and wasn’t even tempted. I’m so satisfied and my blood sugars must be happy because my cravings aren’t there! I’m only on day 4! Imagine how Ill feel at the end of the 3 weeks! I have so much more hope now that I have found something I can stick too and a plan I enjoy eating. Maybe now that I feel more relaxed about food as the works all done for me, I can actually start seeing the weight drop off. Thanks Bec for caring so much about women that youve chosen to share what you learned with the world. Absolutely the best program I have ever seen and from all my experience with the “diet” world you have nailed everything I believe in an agree with. I just never knew how to put it all together and implement it. So Thankyou!🙏❤️
