Proceed with patience
Hello, hello. I've listened to most episodes and I am continually finding this podcast to require a great deal of patience to listen to any episode that Adam Rapoport has more than just an introduction in. Conversation and interviews tend to revolve around Adam's over-voiced personal preferences and often result in uncomfortableness- which I'm assuming is not just for myself, but for those actually involved in the conversations. Most any episode could serve as an example for this. Content otherwise and interviews conducted by other hosts are typically very enjoyable and kept light-hearted without having skewed personal opinions being shoved in edge-wise. Unfortunately as a result of this, I will no longer include this podcast amongst my go-tos.Read full review »

I agree with the other reviewers that Adam talks over his guests and is VERY opinionated. But these qualities are also what make the shows interesting most times. The best interviews are when the guests get the joke and give it back or get louder than Adam like Mario Batali and Alton Brown....Read full review »

I love everything about this show besides the host. Adam Rapoport is so rude and condescending to his guests, especially women guests. He doesn't seem like he is very knowledgeable about food but is very opinionated on things he doesn't even know anything about, like in the latest bread...Read full review »
