Ecstatic
When I listened to the How to Interrupt Cravings episode I had such a deep connection to what you were saying that when I went to the grocery store “hungry” I didn’t impulse buy, like I typically do. Especially a store that has all of the food I allow myself to eat. Ha! I walked calmly around the whole store, found foods I know will serve me and some indulgences and walked away without feeling deprived or restricted. I have never felt this in my life. And I have been on the diet cycle for 30+ years. This episode spoke to me on how to calm the craving and know that I can have anything I want, but if I don’t think it will serve me and my NT body, I don’t want it and that makes me feel Ecstatic! Thank you Laura for your insight, your stories and your wisdom. You are such a bright light and a joy to listen to.

She does such a great job of talking to my inner self, the side that is often not noticed or listened to. It’s so refreshing and really life changing. So much love yet so much change.
