Intuitive Eating Repackaged except for the “Thin” part!
I still enjoy this podcast but find it annoying that, as a certified intuitive eating counselor, I know that everything she discusses is exactly what intuitive eating is - with the exception of the underlying intent and motivation of her program which is to be “Thin” (which as she describes it is basically the same someone’s set point weight). So she’s just repackaged Intuitive Eating (including the tools she provides) and markets it as a unique “weight loss” program.

Matter of fact and basic truth that eating when hungry and stopping when satiated will help our bodies heal from diet culture.
