Great information but
Laura fills in the gaps that so many diets totally miss. The whys are failing at diets and what’s going on in your head. She offers great tools as a lifeline to help stop the mental diet dues and don’t s. The but is her voice is very hard to listen to . Her voice increases rapidity in pitch and speed. It is very hard to listen too for any length of time. Some friends and I were listening to her podcast on a trip and my friends loved the content but rapid high pitched deliverance was too much and it was mutually agreed to shut it off.
