Helps us to understand how people who are naturally thin think. People who are naturally thin have automated thinking that keeps them thin, just like most of us have automated brushing our teeth morning and night. Once you understand how they think and begin to replicate that thinking yourself, then you are on the road to permanent change for a healthy, normal relationship with food and to stop abusing it. Has helped me recognize and stop emotional eating. Thanks Laura!

I’ve lost 9 lbs in a few short weeks, and I’m loving listening to this podcast :) I’ve also been reading Naturally Thin by Bethany Frankel. I’ve never been so excited to finally get the weight off and keep it off forever effortlessly. Only 40 lbs to go 🤣
