I found the weekly transitions to be very achievable. Much better than other C25K program. I did use the supplementary workout which helped me mentally to achieve the next milestone. Great encouragement from Todd. Thank you

I tried this last year, and was running the full 30 minutes by July. Suffice to say I got off track a bit after that, funny seeing as I never missed a session.
