Was so full of wrong information I couldn’t finish (e.g. - the real benefit of training in zone 2 is it gets you to rest, training in zone 2 doesn't cause much adaptation because it is well within your ability, below the aerobic/ventilatory threshold you are 100pct fat burning......all of these are super incorrect statements).Read full review »

The content here is a great wealth of information for endurance athletes and coaches out there. It is focused on the fundamentals of how our physiology works and its changes in response to exercise.

I love the format of this podcast. Kolie and Kyle breakdown the science behind training and racing while delivering practical take home messages every listener can use in their training and coaching. Keep up the great work.
