Misinformation
First episode I listened to was episode #7 about base training. Was so full of wrong information I couldn’t finish (e.g. - the real benefit of training in zone 2 is it gets you to rest, training in zone 2 doesn't cause much adaptation because it is well within your ability, below the aerobic/ventilatory threshold you are 100pct fat burning......all of these are super incorrect statements).Read full review »

These guys know their stuff and they know how to make it applicable. I really like how they give the theory of different training strategies, but then follow up with specific examples of putting the theory into practice. Definitely worth the listen

You can’t host a podcast um and say Um at the beginning, um, middle and end of every sentence um. You’re brilliant, you don’t need a filler to compensate. If you need a second; say nothing. Break this filthy habit!
