Just what I needed!
This show is the inspiration I needed to get myself moving. The combination of science with really relatable life situations makes me feel like I can do this! It cuts through the enormous amount of misinformation out there and makes caring for myself much more simple. I’m a woman in my early 50’s with two young kids and a body that never quite snapped back. But this podcast is just the encouragement I needed not just to care for myself but to also be a healthy, long living parent to my boys!

Why? How can what sounds like an intelligent girl the word “like” be used in every thought she has? Listening is irritating to hear a filler word every time she opens her mouth.
