Steve and his "professor" guest deliver the kind of straight talk born of people that have walked the talk. No hype, lofty exortations, just ways to think about that snap a tiring veteran back to the task and will enlighten the newbie beyond belief. Whish I had discovered this podcast YEARS ago. I listen to a few podcaasts, but THIS is THE ONE I CANT WAIT to hear the next issue. Only people that have been there and are still there could possibly know what these guys put out on the air. I’d love if the fluff was cut out. I feel like it’s 5 minutes of genuine information spread out over 20 minutes with slow speaking and redundant stories or drawn out explanations. I listen to at 2x speed. Some good nuggets though
