Amazing podcast
I love this pod! I have listened to many of your episodes and have heard countless guests have experiences that I can resonate with so strongly. So much to learn here about mindset, learning to accept and cherish ourselves as the beautiful women we are, and make progress in our health (both psychological and physical). Definitely recommend to those starting or already committed to their health related goals, as unlike so so many fitness related content creators, Coaches Tash, Vanessa and Julie place a massive focus on shifting mindset, prioritising actual health, and working towards our goals. Thanks to you all, keep it up!
