Life without restriction
Tash has been so helpful in my nutrition and fitness journey. She has helped me understand that eating more and not slaving away to cardio is possible and that life is more than exercise and restriction. I have become more comfortable in my eating disorder recovery in learning to eat more food and that weight lifting a few times a week far outweighs doing excessive cardio. She has helped me trust and honor my body more and has helped me learn that I can live a life without restriction and without the fear of constant weight gain and that I have so much to look forward to in life.
