So insightful!
I first came across a video of Helen on TikTok which introduced me to narcissism and quickly made me realise that I had been raised by two! This podcast has been invaluable for me! It totally helps me understand why I am the way I am and has helped me progress through my therapy (at a faster rate than without it). I relate to so much of the content. Hearing healthy communication and the psychotherapist’s growth is inspiring and hearing truths spoken again and again like “it was never you, you were never the problem”. Life giving! Thank you! The associated Facebook group has also been a real blessing to me giving me validation and support. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us Helen and Katie. It really is empowering!
