Such a great podcast! Down to earth runners with some valuable insights into the world of running. Their good sense of humour makes long runs so enjoyable! Making elite running accessible to the ‘punters’ is revolutionary. Thanks for a great weekly show!

Best running podcast out there, just three blokes telling it how it is. Laid back and easy listening, kept me company on many solo runs, keep up the valuable work boys.

The boys have very good running insights, with weekly updates on their runs as well as a recap on national and world events happening. Also very generous with their time!!

Sad to see Sinead’s performances unrecognised to AA. It’s great that you guys have this platform to give athletes a voice. I have noticed though that you have not mentioned athlete’s results in recaps or their names on starting lists when they performed well. And the reason seems to be based off...Read full review »

Well done Soph fantastic interview. I’ve been a listener to the show from Day 1 and back on TMYT - I think personally this is one of the best interviews yet. Steve as a legend of the sport, an unspoken hero brilliant look forward to hearing many more.

A great podcast and I now look forward to its release each week more than any other. Good information. Good banter. Especially the bits where it is just bleeped out followed by Brady saying to Moose, “you can’t say that”. Despite the big Moose selling me some shoes whilst I was living in...Read full review »

Slowly returning to running post baby, most of my runs are solo while I build back up. Thanks for keeping me company with the right balance of information, fun, and an all inclusive vibe. Lots of great inspiring guests, keep them coming.

The only podcast where you don’t want to skip what the host is saying and go straight to the interview. Most other podcasts the host is really annoying and I can’t stand then. I think most listeners are just hanging out to hear what you guys are up to and how your running is going.
