An inspiring yoga podcast - direct and honest
I really like the honesty from this podcast. Every time I listen to it I feel inspired and grateful that I came across it one day while I was trying to find yoga authors/teachers whose work I'd like to translate (apart from teaching yoga I also happen to be a freelance Spanish translator). I really appreciate all the work that has gone into producing this regular podcast, and it really makes my day every time I listen to it! I always laugh, I sometimes agree, I sometimes disagree... it makes me wonder, makes me think, makes me feel, motivates me to take action when I need it, but above all, it makes me be open to whatever I hear without being judgmental. Having such a range of guests is very enriching, especially because of the opportunity it gives us to see things from different perspectives in a very direct and honest way. The podcast has been a great/fun companion every time I commute, when I cook (I wonder if the flavors of the food change in those days!), or simply when I need a moment to sit and just listen. My only warning is that it can be addictive! ha ha... I have had to stop it sometimes against my will because otherwise I would never finish my translation work of that day, which is as dear and important to me as yoga. Thanks JBrown! Your podcast made my day today!Read full review »

As a teacher since 2005, I am always looking for a deeper conversation on not only the practice of yoga, but also the culture, the history, and the future of yoga. Through J's podcasts, I get a little bit of each with every episode....Read full review »
