“If you like yoga and podcasts, you'll probably like this podcast. J Brown is obviously very passionate about what he does and he seems to really be open and honest on his podcast. I really like his philosophy and approach to modern yoga in the west. If I weren't currently considering becoming an RYT I might find some of the episodes dry, but since I am I really appreciate the insider look at some of the issues going on with various yoga organizations right now. I would love to see some episodes discussing philosophy of yoga, and maybe even direct audio lessons or episodes on techniques or different approaches to various poses.”Read full review »
