Great for reps and managers
John came to our annual sales meeting about 9 months ago. When I found out he was going to be leading the training section of our conference I started listening to his podcast to familiarize myself with who he was and the likely content we would be digging into deeper. I haven’t stopped listening to his podcast 10 months later. John offers such great real world experience through his podcast and invites guests that have great experience in sales. As a sales manager, I have used different episodes to help with reinforcement training following our in person training and I have also been able to use themes from different episodes in my 1-on-1 coaching with my reps. If you are a rep - listen and implement the tactical techniques provided in Johns podcast. If you are a manager - keep you skills sharp by listening, implementing, and coaching your reps based on techniques offered through this podcast. This is undoubtedly a podcast that gets weekly attention in my schedule.
