This salutation of my own making combines everything from balance, twist, hamstrings opener and paired with sun salutation’s attributes.
Perfect to commit if you've mastered Sun Salutation A and B. This version has more elaborated cues, perfect for those who've never tried this salutation.
Tips: Hit repeat button, and do both sides, each 3 times. Practice from sunrise to sunset.
If you are already familiar with stars salutation and just want straightforward cues, this intermediate version will be perfect to commit.
