It's not just for dudes - or, yes, you do have female listeners!
Hey guys - I got hooked up with Sal's ab program and your podcast through one of my peeps on Instagram and have become a regular listener. (The abs are doing great, by the way - getting stronger, more defined and making progress). I love the insider view on the fitness industry that you present - some real eye openers from the business perspective and some super funny shi*t about clients and the locker room shenanigans that go on behind the scenes :) And I particularly like your no BS take on fitness in general. There's so much hype out there about supplements, protein intake, meal timing, etc., and it's refreshing to hear a different perspective. I myself am an intermittent faster and minimal supplement user, relying on hard work and a super clean, high-nutrient diet to get results. I 'm into fitness in general and weightlifting in particular for the long-term health benefits, and I totally agree with you that there's a healthy way and an extremely unhealthy way to go about it. I haven't yet made my way through all the podcasts, but the ones I have really enjoyed so far are Female fitness myths exposed (thank you for tackling that subject early on!), The Truth about workout supplements, Why we don't crossfit (lots of truth there!), and IIFYM and diet insanity (just another excuse to eat crap IMHO). Some of the episodes are a bit too "sweaty locker room" for this delicate female's sensitivity (just kidding, I'm tough ), but even those are amusing, if nothing else. It would be great if you could get some guests on future podcasts to some great discussions and myth-debunking debate. I'll keep listening if you keep 'em coming!Read full review »

I've followed many tips and tricks from the both of them and have always respected their great knowledge with training, nutrition, and overall health. But the greatest tip of all came from Adam on a bonus episode. Shortly...Read full review »

Looking forward to more podcasts in the future. I know this won't make the top 5 for the guides but I...Read full review »

I am not a fitness freak but I find this show extremely informative and hilarious at the same time. So much more to it than just fitness. Great mesh of characters. Can't wait to hear more!Read full review »
