Absolutely brilliant
I’ve gone from not being able to run at all to running for 20 mins. It’s been brilliant having a personal trainer in my ears and the ability to do each session whenever was convenient for me.

Not having to think about when to switch up the intervals has made this program so much easier for me! My only complaint is that in one of the early sessions Laura gives you a tip to make sure your heel hits the ground and not your mid/ forefoot. Up to week 4 now - really enjoying my runs which is a big change. Am shattered after each run but in a good way. Laura is a great inspiration and the music is just right at the right times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
