I have never run in my life and being over 30 and roughly four stone overweight I did not think I would be able to run. I have just completed week one and have downloaded week two. It really is great well structured and motivated. I won't lie it was not dead easy but it was not too hard either. Can't wait to start week 2. Wow what a fantastic podcast, I've just started and it's great to have someone right there with you, the instructions easy and clear to follow, the music funky and upbeat, an excellent way to take up running again after a long break, I can't wait for next week!!Read full review »
