great for beginning runners
Really happy with this podcast. It's helping me learn to run at age 46! Week 5 was a struggle because it jumps from 8 minute to 20 minute runs. I switched to the 5K101 podcast for a couple weeks, since it's more gradual at this stage. This is mostly music with a few running tips and instructions from Laura, the host.Read full review »

At the age of 46 I never thought I could run and in fact when I began this podcast I could barely manage the 60 second runs. Now having completed the nine weeks I am able to run 30 minutes easily. And its free!
