I started as a marketing intern at an MSP almost 8 years ago to the day I posted this. I am now no longer working at an MSP since leaving January 1st 2024 to focus on MSP Camp full time. Cool thing is, I can now fully and objectively look back on my time as the VP of Business Development and share some of the key lessons that I learned either though success... or failure. There's no SEO value in autoposting blogs to your website. Depending on what service you use, it can also confuse search engines making it harder for you to rank the custom content your prospects might have found. You do not get penalized for posting duplicate content on your website, but it does have some negative effects we cover. Short tip today but this one is so important it deserves its own episode!

For years I avoided direct mail. My budget was tiny and I never thought it would provide an ROI. Who cares about postcards? After I sent out two campaigns in one year and they both led to leads...
