Vegetarian bias
While there are plenty of facts and good info here, of course the positive evidence behind meat consumption/animal products is ignored or downplayed as the host is pro vegetarian/vegan, which audience should be aware of as it's not clear from the 'headline'. One size doesn't fit all, get your info from range of nutrition sources (most have biases but at least you don't go too far down one rabbit hole and find something that works for you).Read full review »

More reviews of Nutrition Facts with Dr. Greger
Love Dr Greger, his topics and videos on YouTube. The only constructive criticism would be to say that the way he speaks makes me a little mental. I wish he could speak normally, like a doctor would.... but oh well... that’s his persona I guess. Lol. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Greger is the very best. He narated his book , How Not To Die and gives lectures on his site nutrition facts.org. This should be even better since I will listen while I boogie board with my waterprood iPod.
