Amazing podcast and book
This, along with the book is an amazing resource for anyone suffering with anxiety and panic attacks; it’s even a brilliant resource for those who are maybe just having a hard time and need some guidance on best practices for owning your feelings and how to come overcome your negative thoughts. I would highly recommend!

Thank you! This pod has pulled me back together. I have learned to accept and acknowledge my anxiety. I listen every morning and practice the breathing exercise throughout the day. A calming voice too!
