What a Rare and Generous Insight
Life is funny - when you need something, it shows up. That’s this Institute and this podcast for me. I’m a middle-aged woman who has glimmers of food and body issues (hard to live in our culture without them). I’m a Health Coach and have felt frustrated by my own limitations in my ability to really serve my clients when it gets deep into the emotional side, that this content is releasing. I feel more brave and fluent now, and hearing live coaching is such a rare and meaningful honor. I’m grateful to Marc and his clients, and I'm better for it.Read full review »
