Great Podcast Overall
I have loved this podcast for the last two years, and it really got me through some of the most boring parts of lockdown. My one point of feedback is that I’ve noticed this season that Chris Ying really focuses on differentiating white people, white foods, white customs. I’m a POC and have felt that his emphasis in a few episodes is a bit overboard. We get it, white people food can be bland and ugly. I know it stems from context of diving into the origins of some of the dishes, but it’s getting pretty old and can alienate some in the audience. This isn’t meant to be a jab but just some helpful feedback. Keep up the great work and content!

Either get a different guest or choose a different food to cook when they are on. The...Read full review »
