We catch up with Anet Coetzee on this episode of Old Mutual Live Running. This former 800m SA Junior champion, was competitively lost to running for awhile. However, having taken up coaching, her love for running returned. She now does both, and is an inspiration to the youngsters she trains with, and coaches.

South African based Brit, Tish Jones had an incredible run at the Cape Town Marathon recently. She won the women’s race in 2:36:13. It was a huge PB, but marathon running remains new to Tish.
