Amazing health resource for coaches and individuals alike!
This podcast is invaluable! It’s an awesome resource for health, nutrition, and fitness coaches as well as any individuals who want to dig a bit deeper on their own health journey. Each episode is jam packed with valuable info but they are reasonably short whereas other podcasts covering similar info are hours long. I make time to listen at least weekly. As a coach in the space for 10 years I can say I’ve paid a lot of money for classes and courses over the years and often learn more in Sams podcast! And for anyone who listens and loves it, his FNMS course takes it to the next level. Pretty awesome to have a FREE resource with such valuable information.
