Actionable advice and inspiring conversations ... plus a touch of Jimmy Carr-esque laughter
In a world where most podcasts hardly reach 10 episodes, hitting the 100-episode milestone calls for an extraordinary host! The one podcast I consistently tune into is 'Selling to Corporate,' hosted by Jessica Lorimer. 🎙️ Each episode is a truly insightful conversation filled with actionable advice and inspiring conversations ... plus a touch of Jimmy Carr-esque laughter from Jess! Thinking back, I first came across Jess because I'd listened to a podcast between her and Ash Ambirge (of The Middle Finger Project - highly recommend!) in 2018 and I figured if Jess was anything like Ash, then I would learn a LOT! Little did I know how much of an impact Jess would have on the direction of my business.... and I don't say that lightly. 🤗 🙏 Since learning from Jess through her podcast shows, membership, 1:1 calls, and a mastermind weekend, not only has she challenged and helped me reshape my entire business model, but she's done so while cleverly balancing brutal honesty with empathy and encouragement. Her advice is often tough to hear ("it's a good start but..." 🤣), yet it's ALWAYS shared with a virtual arm around the shoulder and a firm prod in my back to move me forward through discomfort and towards growth. Joining the C Suite (a course designed for B2C business owners keen to explore B2B) after around three years might possibly have made me the slowest lead conversion EVER. But in the last six months, I've become friends with the C Suiters I've been in awe of for so long (yes, I unashamedly went into fangirl mode when I met them!), built valuable client relationships, and made money through this brand new revenue stream. Six out of five stars. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Read full review »
