Strong start!
Interesting stuff so far, I love learning stuff about food vs health that *isn’t* just the next fad invented by someone looking for a buck, but advances in actual science, and it’s great to get a window into different food cultures as well 😊 I don’t have a question but hope it will be possible to submit them in the future, in the form of an email or something else that isn’t a review. Seems like a weird and cumbersome place to have them.
