Listen now
Description
In this video, Dr. Doug Lucas discusses chronic inflammation, a major contributor to various chronic health conditions, including bone loss. To reduce chronic inflammation, it is important to focus on an anti-inflammatory diet high in antioxidants, engage in regular exercise that includes resistance training and impact training, practice stress mitigation techniques like meditation and breathwork, and minimize exposure to toxins by eating organic, local, and homegrown foods and avoiding synthetic chemicals.
